***Later that evening, Back at the Harless House***
JC and Lance are sitting on the couch, with Chris in a chair in the living room. Justin and Joey are both still in the shower. Lynn is in the attic.
"So...Tell me. What exactly were you feeling back there when Lou put his arm around your shoulders." Chris states, glancing towards Lance.
"Huh? I don't..." He looks from JC to Chris.
"It's ok. Believe me, we understand better than you think we could." JC reaches over and puts his arm around Lance's shoulder.
"Yeah, you see JC's turn this weird white-blue and mine turn an amber color." Chris smiles.
"What? What are you talking about?" Lance scoots farther into the couch and into JC's side.
"My eyes." Chris leans in. "Look at my eyes and tell me what you see."
"I see brown eyes. Why what am I supposed to see?" He scoots even farther back as Chris' eyes start to glow. "Wha...What's wrong with your eyes?"
"Nothing. Nothing that isn't wrong with JC's, Joey's and your's."
"You mean? All of us?"
"Well...Everyone but Justin..." JC states. "Hey Chris? Do you think it's possible that Justin just hasn't..."
"Hey...What ya'll talking about all hush hush over there?" Justin states as he bounds his way into the room.
"I don't know, but it's gonna be a while before we'll know. When's he turn 16?" Chris asks.
"Not for another year and a half. Why?" Justin asks. "And why ya'll talking like I'm not sitting right here?"
Joey comes in from the kitchen, "Hey Justin? You got any good stuff to eat around here? I'm starving."
"Man, you were just in the kitchen. Did you find anything?" Justin yells.
"No, if I had do you think I'd have asked you?" Joey comes up and smacks Justin in the back of the head, then leans down and whispers in JC's ear, "We ever gonna get any time alone?"
"Joe." JC sighs, "We can't. Not right now." JC looks up into the chocolate eyes and smiles, "Maybe later. We gotta talk to Lance first, this is important."
"Why? What's up with Lance?" Joey pouts.
"He's like us." JC whispers, looking to Justin to make sure he hadn't heard.
"Wha...Oh. Really?"
"Yeah, only his seems to be coming faster than ours."
"What you talking about?" Justin leans in. "No fair leaving the rest of us out guys."
Joey shoves Justin's head out of the way, "Nothing infant now back off."
"Infant? I'll show you infant." Justin stands up and everyone in the room catches their breath when they turn and see Justin's eyes.
"Well...It's about damn time. I was starting to think you didn't have the gift baby." Lynn states from the stairs.
"What? You mean..." Chris trails off. His eyes get big as he sees the book Lynn is holding under her arm.
"Yes Chris. I mean he's a warlock too."
"So you know about..." Joey starts.
"Yes, I know all about you and JC. I also know about Lance and Chris. I've been having strange dreams for the last few nights but none of them have made sense til now. Come with me boys, I have something you all need to see."
"Um...mom?" Justin stammers.
"Yes, baby."
"What is that thing?"
"I need you all to come to the kitchen and sit down. I have something very serious to discuss with you. Lance? Can you get your mother over here please?"
"Um...Yes ma'am. May I use the phone?"
"You certainly may."
Lance picks up the phone and calls his mother. Diane shows up in record time. "What's going on? Lance said this was serious."
"They know momma?"
"They know what baby?" Diane looks from one person to the other in the room and then her eyes fall on the book sitting in the middle of the table. "Oh." She steps in front of Lance, "Ye shall do no harm to this boy."
"Relax witch. I have no desire to hurt your boy. I'm here to educate them not hurt them." Lynn states, totally ignoring the dropped jaws around the table.
"Ok...Hold up a minute. You mean...You think we're all witches mom?"
"No son. I don't think so...I know so. Now sit down. We have a great deal to go over and if my dreams are correct, not much time to do it in."
"You've been having dreams too?" Diane looks at Lynn. "It's good to know I'm not the only one. Although I'm not glad to hear that you think it has to do with these boys."
"Relax Diane. I think we may have some time but not much." Lynn looks around the table. "Now sit down and don't say another word until I'm done."
"Yes ma'am," they all chorus.
"Right then." She smiles and picks up the book, "This book is called 'Book of Shadows'. It is a book that contains Wiccan spells, rituals and magical lore. This book will become the most important book you boys will ever come into possesion of. JC I entrust this book in your care because you have shown that you have the power of forsight and can therefore use this book to the best of it's ability." She hands the book to JC who takes it and just stares at it.
"What is this symbol on the front Lynn? What does it mean? I've seen it before." JC asks.
"That is a Pentacle. The 5 pointed star represents the 5 elements, which are earth, air, fire, water and spirit. The circle represents the 'Circle of Stones' that protects the elements as they come together. This will be explained further once you start getting and using your powers."
"I understand the elements of earth, air, fire and water, but I'm not getting the spirit one. I don't understand how that is an element." Joey states.
"Look at it this way Joey." JC states and looks at Lynn to make sure it's ok if he tries to explain it. "You remember the movie 'The Fifth Element'?" Joey nods. "Good, well...At the end of the movie, you remember how they were trying desperately to get the other elements to open and then Bruce was standing in the middle of the circle holding Leeloo?" More nods, "Well. He had to confess his love for her before the other 4 elements could do their job. It took the 'spirit' of Love to bring the other elements to full strength to be used to end the threat of evil."
"That's very good Josh." Lynn and Diane both smile.
"How on earth did you get that out of all this crap they been feeding us?" Chris asks.
"Man, they're not lying. I don't know how I know. I just do. It feels right and you said it yourself that you thought we were Warlocks. So what's so wrong with what they're saying?"
"I don't know. It just seems a bit far fetched."
"Why don't you give it a try Christopher? You've already come into your power." Lynn smiles.
"What? How do you..." Chris stammers.
"You'd be suprised at what I know young man. So do you believe or do you just think you're special becuase you can move things with your mind?"
"Um...no. JC is right. I thought we were Warlocks."
Lynn smiles and Diane gets up and walks to Chris. Diane leans down and smiles at Chris, "You're not a warlock Christopher. You're a witch, plain and simple. And it looks to me like you have one strong coven here."
Chris looks at the two women, "What do we do now?"
