Chip, which is short for Computed Helper Instruction Pages, is here to help you with anything your having trouble with in a section, currently your in the help for Graphics. For help to another section go into that section and find Chip there, click him and you'll find help for that section.

Q. How do I right click?
A. On your mouse there are two or three buttons click the one farthest to the right.

Q. How can I download those programs?
A. Go to the site mentioned and they should have a link to download it.

Q. How do I run those programs?
A. When they are on your hard drive there should be an intallation file, run that and it should automatically install them.
