1 Cup rice - cooked Saute 1 Onion in 1/4 cup oil Add 1/4 cup flour 1 - 6oz can mushrooms Liquid from mushrooms + water to equal 1 1/2 cups 2 tsp chicken seasoning 1 1/2 cup light cream Cook until thickened Toss lightly rice, sauce and add the following ingredients 1 red pepper diced 2 tsp parsley 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 cup slivered almonds Cook 350 degrees 30 - 45 mins |
