All are recommended to be changed every 6 months, but the Kenmore filter is rated for only 100 gallons while the others are rated for 200 gallons. Additionally the Kenmore filter has been tested for reduction of TTHMs and MTBE. The differences are called out here at www.filtermart.com. The Pur website only has a description of the Kenmore version, which you can find here.
The KitchenAid/Whirlpool Advanced Filters are widely available on the Internet for around $31 each with no tax and free shipping in quantities of 5. The Kenmore 9020 part is only available from Sears and is $40 online at www.sears.com, and $42 in the store, plus tax and shipping.
