DREAMS
Dreams
take us into another world, a world filled with illusions and inner
mysteries. What do they mean and how do they affect us? Many studies
have been done for centuries from our acient ancestors, Carl Jung,
Sigmund Freud, to modern-day psychologists.
Dreams can be about our past, future prophecy, wish fullfilment, or
just our unconcious mind trying to help us deal with our everyday
lifestyle. It's been said that positive thinking and/or asking ourselves
a question prior to going to sleep--can tremendously help us in discovering
our strength as well as finding the appropriate answers for ourselves.
Dreaming is our
subconsciousness way of communicating, showing, as well as helping
us to understand/cope more with our feelings, thoughts, behaviors
and all the things that affects us in everyday lifestyle. Whether
we know it or not, it helps us to improve and resolve many issues
that are a part of our everyday crisis and obstacles. (example: relationships,
family, self-esteem, work, etc...)
