i feel i must tell the crazy story of the mysterious chacken. i was told this maddish story once by a great tribal elder known only as dr. spladlo.
early one evening, dr. spladlo's arm was burned by a pot of boiling water. later in the day, he travelled the roads looking for a man to heal his pains. to keep his arm cool in the meantime, he strapped a frozen chicken portion to his arm. while on the road, his eyes became mysteriously heavy and painful. he could hardly keep them open.
luckily dr. spladlo still had the frozen chicken portion and tried to use it to heal his eye.
mysteriously, his eye was healed immediately.
