Whimsical Halloween Treats 2003
These are fun miscellaneous items I did for the 2003 Halloween Season

Miniature Primitive Folk Art  Crow Table Ornament.
Stands approx. 5 3/4" tall


 

This adorable little crow is made of black broad cloth, with black bead eyes. A mini grape vine wreath hangs from it's neck with artificial foam berries adorning it. It has green button jointed wings (wings are on both sides),  a cinnamon stick "legs" . This little crow is in a 2" terra cotta pot which is adorned with moss, and other greenery that has been preserved.

Stands approx. 5 1/2" tall
This adorable little crow is made of black broad cloth, with black bead eyes and a painted beak. A mini basket hangs from it's beak artificial foam berries and greenery adorning it. It has terra cotta colored button jointed wings (wings are on both sides),  a cinnamon stick "legs" . This little crow is in a 2" terra cotta pot which is adorned with moss, and other greenery that has been preserved.

Boulivar  Black Cat
errr...hmmm... Perhaps he celebrated too much already ?

   It's the morning AFTER the big Halloween Witch's Convention and where do we find Boulivar?? As usual, passed out and curled up in the glass that HAD held his favorite drink, The WickilyCatniplicious  Martini. What an embarrassment, this happens every year. It's no wonder no one can ever find out to which witch he belongs to. She probably leaves in total mortification. As you can tell by Boulivar's red round nose, this is by far,  not the first time this has happened.  Let's all hope when he does finally wake up he doesn't fall to the floor .
 
 

Boulivar --- is made of Black broadcloth with emmbroidered details. He wears an orange ribbon collar with a orange and black star.  His tail is fully pose-able with a chenille stem inside.  He is filled with doll pellets and polyfil stuffing. He is approx.  7 1/2" long (not including tail).

Martini Glass - is 6 3/4" tall which I have whimsically painted with baked on enamel in the colors of blue, orange, green, white, black, and purple. It is dishwasher safe on the top shelf. You can use it for your own "Halloween Witch's Convention" this year !! This glass is new, with no chips or cracks.

This Cute Bag "pocket" ornament is made with muslin that has been painted and "strung" with black wire. The little cute kitty is made of black broadcloth with painted details and thread whiskers with a orange ribbon bow.
 The Bag is filled with assorted natural grasses ,flowers which have all been preserved, plus artificial berries. The cat and grasses are secured in the pocket.
Measures approx. 9" tall
(measured from bottom of ornament to the top of the wire)

Folk Art Black Cat in a Pumpkin Pocket Ornament


 

This Cute Pumpkin "pocket" ornament is made with muslin that has been painted and "strung" with black wire. The little cute kitty is made of black broadcloth with painted details and thread whiskers with a purple ribbon bow.
 The Smiling Pumpkin is filled with assorted natural grasses and flowers which have all been preserved. The cat and grasses are secured in the pocket.
Measures approx. 9" tall
(measured from bottom of ornament to the top of the wire)

Ghost in a Trick or Treat Bag

This Ghost in a Trick or Treat bag "pocket" ornament is made with muslin that has been painted and "strung" with black wire. The ghost  is made of muslin with painted details with a orange ribbon bow.
 The bag is filled with assorted natural grasses and flowers which have all been preserved, and some artificial berries. The ghost , grasses and berries are secured in the pocket.
Measures approx. 9" tall
