A couple of different things have been updated. You may notice that I have deleted the Sports Muse section all together. My husband is a football fanatic and the section was made for him, but since it's the football off-season, there isn't much to write about. He doesn't really get into any of the other sports. So it's gone for a few more months anyway. I have also added a page to the America United section of the Muse which offers FREE patriotic graphics to anyone. Please read the terms of use at the top of the page before downloading any of the graphics. You will only see a link to the page from that section. I'll add more as time goes by. There's also a new game featured on the Muse. Mahjongg, which has always been one of my favorites is located in the Games Room.
I've been playing around with different form
formats for the Share-A-Link, I hope to have a new one soon.
I'll be switching guestbooks soon too. Probably within the
next week or so.
I forgot to post an update for you guys last week, but I'm here this week. =) As you may have noticed, I will be taking a break from The Muse starting on the 13th so I can finally finish my other site and get it up and running. I'll be back for the February 1st edition though. I had a lot of fun updating the site this week. Saw some really great stuff out there. Unfortunately, I can't put some of the stuff I found (like The Fat Project over at The Spark), but only because of a few curse words. Anyway, hope you guys enjoy this edition of The Muse and hey! Sign my guestbook!!!
2002 is almost gone. I'm glad! I've updated all the normal stuff on the site. Have a look around. I have changed a couple of things here and there, but nothing really major. Oh! I did add a new page to the America United portion of the site. It's just my personal account of how I found out about the attacks. I'm not much of a writer, but I need feel the need to get it in print just to remind myself of how I felt that day.
Well, everything seems to be going pretty smoothly now as far as the site goes. But if you come across any dead links, please let me know A.S.A.P.! I just hate it when I'm on a site that has dead links on it. Bugs the hell out of me! Also, if there's anything that you'd like to see added to the Muse, drop me an e-mail!
Working on the GamesRoom pages now. Almost done with them. What are some of your favorite online games? I'll see what I can do about putting them on the site.
The KidStuff pages have a new look now too. After about 3 different looks and formats, I finally decided to stick with this one...at least for now. There are still a few things that I'd like to change around with these pages, but all in all, not too bad, I think. I did have the pages framed at first, but decided it was a bad idea. What do you think?
It's up, it's up, IT'S UP!! I can hardly believe it!
Well, here goes...I'm just about to put it up for
the first time. I hope it all works.
For you professionals out there, I'd like to ask a couple of questions. Is it okay that I have all my "legal mumbo-jumbo" on one page? Is it okay that it's in F.A.Q. format? Do I really have to put them on separate pages? I really don't want to. I know I'm certainly not up there in the professional world as far as webmastering (is that a word?) goes, but trying to keep up with all the legalities is really giving me a headache.
