CAERBERLLAN GOLD GIFT (143696)

Bay mare foaled 1988, bred, owned and exhibited by William Tudor Jones, Wales.

By Greenhaulme Premier King (45599) out of Caerberllan Lady Diana (141526) by Hillmoor Enterprise (45392),
the UK Champion Stallion in 1975 and 1976.

"Caerberllan Gold Gift is a mare with hocks of great width and depth. Careful study indicates the hock joint of Gold Gift ends under the markings on her hind legs. Navicular disease is rarely contracted by Shires with big, open feet with wide heels, as seen on this mare.

"Gold Gift was Champion at the Royal Show in 1994, 1996, and Reserve in 97. In 1994 she was the Shire Horse of the Year. In 1992 she was Reserve at Wembley. Gold Gift is also a brood mare, being the mother of Caerberllan Gold Sovereign (46711), Champion Stallion at the 1997 Royal Show. Pictured at Wembley and at the Royal in 1997.

"Note the cleaness of leg, and the great depth of body and kidney girth. Also note the massive well angled shoulder.

"Caerberllan Gold Gift, a true giant of the breed."
