On Sunday, a replenishment of northeast monsoon arrived the South China coastal areas, which was followed by temperature drop in the next few days. And it became cool and dry. On Monday, the lowest temperature recorded in this district was 17.7 degrees Celsius, which was the lowest so far this winter. Wednesday onwards, a broad band of clouds covered southern China. It turned to be cloudy in this district. Over the weekend, there was even mist and occasional light rain. Humidity was relatively high and there was no significant change of air temperature, which was lingering between 21 and 22 degrees Celsius.
