Affected by an intense northeast monsoon, it was rather windy with
fresh to strong winds in this district early this week. Meanwhile,
it was generally cloudy under the effect of the outermost cloud bands
of Nepartak. Nepartak skirted the sea to the southwest of Hainan and
crossed the Beibu Wan. On Wednesday, it rapidly weakened into an area
of low pressure and landed near Beihai, Guangxi that night. Reminant
of water vapour from Nepartak and a moist easterly airstream co-existed,
hence cloudy weather dominated till Friday. A cold front crossed the
coastal areas of Guangdong on Saturday morning. Because of this, air
temperature dropped to 19 or 20 degrees Celsius on Saturday and Sunday
morning. Sunny periods could be observed during the day, with air
temperature rising to 22 degrees Celsius or above.
受到強烈東北季候風影響，本區於本星期
初風勢較大，達清勁至強風程度；另外，
受到尼伯特的外圍雲帶影響，本區普遍多
雲。尼伯特掠過海南島西南海岸後，橫過
北部灣，於星期三迅速減弱為一低壓區，
同日晚上在廣西北海市附近登陸。受到尼
伯特的殘餘水汽及潮濕的偏東氣流影響下
，多雲的天氣持續至星期五。一道冷鋒於
週末早上橫過廣東沿岸；受到該冷鋒的影
響，本區週末及週日早上氣溫下降至19或
20攝氏度，日間部份時間有陽光，氣溫則
回升至22攝氏度或以上。
