It was comparatively cloudy with occasional rain over this district this week. On Sunday and Monday, as affected by a warm humid maritime airstream, apart from a few showers on Sunday morning, it was warm and mainly cloudy with sunny periods during the day over the district. A cold front crossed the coastal areas of Guangdong on Tuesday. It got appreciately cooler in the district with air temperature falling from the maximum of 26 degrees on Tuesday morning to the minimum of 17 degrees on Wednesday morning. Meanwhile, a broad rainband brought occasional light to moderate rain during the period between Tuesday afternoon and the whole day of Wednesday. It was also cloudy to overcast then. Thursday and Friday, it was cloudy in the morning and there were sunny intervals in the afternoon. Over the weekend, there were bright periods in the morning but turned to be showery in the afternoon.
