An anticyclone over inland China brought fine and dry weather to this district
on Sunday. Monday, it was cloudy at first. Clouds thinned out and there were
sunny periods and haze. On the other hand, a weak cold front formed over northern
Guangdong that night and it crossed the coastal areas of Guangdong on Tuesday.
Tuesday, it was fine with haze in the district. A fresh northeast monsoon associated
with the weak cold front affected the district on Wednesday and Thursday. Hence
air temperature slightly dropped. Morning temperature of 21 degrees was recorded.
It was mainly cloudy with haze on Wednesday. It became fine on Thursday but there
was haze. Later this week, it was rather warm with afternoon temperature of about
28 or 29 degrees. Friday, it was hazy and fine with abundant sunshine. Saturday,
there were sunny periods. Meanwhile, a cold front formed over the northern part
of Southeast China on Saturday afternoon. It steadily moved southwards. It was
expected to cross the coastal areas of southeastern China early in the morning
on Sunday. An intense winter monsoon associated with this cold front would bring
cold weather to the district then.
中國內陸的反氣旋於星期日為本區帶來晴朗及乾燥的天氣。星期一，初時多
雲，日間雲層減薄，部分時間有陽光，有煙霞。另一方面，一道微弱的冷鋒
於當晚在廣東北部形成，並在星期二橫過廣東沿岸地區。星期二，本區天晴
及有煙霞。該冷鋒隨後的一股清勁東北季候風於星期三及四影響本區，氣溫
稍為下降，早上只有21度。星期三大致多雲及有煙霞，星期四轉為天晴，但
仍有煙霞。本週後期，天氣較為溫暖，下午氣溫上升至28或29度。星期五，
天晴，陽光充沛，有煙霞。星期六，部分時間有陽光。此外，一道冷鋒在星
期六下午於華南北部形成並穩定向南移動，預料該冷鋒會在星期日清晨橫過
華南沿岸，隨後的強烈冬季季候風會為本區帶來寒冷的天氣。
