Early this week, under the influence of the subsiding air outside the circulation of Typhoon Kaemi, it was very hot and haze. Tuesday, air temperature of 37.1 degrees was recorded in this district, that was the highest so far this year. Kaemi moved across Taiwan on Tuesday morning and made landfall near Jinjiang of Fuiijian that evening. It weakened into an area of low pressure over the southern part of Jiangxi on Wednesday morning. The rainbands associated With the remnant of Kaemi affected the district on Thursday. There was occasional rain, heavy at times, and thunderstorms over the district. Later this week, affected by a trough of low pressure, weather was not yet improved but it was overcast with heavy rain and thunderstorms.
