片晴朗。

Typhoon Xangsane landed over Central Viewtnam, crossed Thailand and weakened early this week. However, the northeast monsoon persisted to affect Tsing Yi. Though winds gradually moderated, it remained cloudy and there were sunny intervals during the day. Under the influence of a weak ridge of high pressure, it was mainly fine for the rest of this week. And it was dry with haze during the day.
