A dry continental airstream brought fine and dry weather to Tsing Yi on Sunday and Monday. Tuesday, under the influence of a northeast monsoon, it was mainly fine and dry in Tsing Yi. On the other hand, Typhoon Cimaron over South China Sea reverted slightly to the north, edging closer to the coast of Guangdong on that day. However, it almost kept stationary, lingering over the northern part of South China Sea in the next couple of days. During that period, it was mainly cloudy and dry in Tsing Yi. Wind was also gusty. Later this week, Cimaron gradually weakened into a tropical depression and turned to move southwestwards or south-southwestwards. Besides, Tsing Yi was affected by a dry continental airstream and it gradually became fine but still dry.

一股乾燥的大陸氣流於星期日及一為青
衣帶來晴朗及乾燥的天氣。星期二，受
一股東北季候風影響，青衣大致天晴及
乾燥。另一方面，位於南海的颱風西馬
侖當日採取較為偏北方向移動，稍為靠
近廣東海岸，但於其後兩天徘徊在南海
北部，幾乎停留不動。於這段時間，青
大致多雲，天氣乾燥，風勢較大。本週
後期，西馬侖逐漸減弱為熱帶低氣壓並
轉向西南或西南偏南移動。青衣則受一
股乾燥的大陸氣流影響，漸轉天晴，但
仍然乾燥。
