    The dry northeast monsoon persisted to affect Tsing Yi this week. Relative humidity was below 70 percent throughout the day. Besides, it was fine and dry to very dry every day this week. And it was rather cool in the morning. Monday morning, air temperature of 13.7 degrees was recorded at Tsing Yi, that was the lowest so far this winter.
