His Skull May Be Fractured

William Ricketts(sic), aged 36 years, of York Road, rear Logan station, was admitted to the Samaritan Hospital last evening in an unconscious condition, from injuries to the back of the head, caused by falling off a trolley car, at Germantown Avenue and Bare
Street, Nicetown.  He recovered consciousness a short time after reaching the hospital. It is thought his skull is fractured.

Fatal Fall from a Trolley Car

William Riffitts, aged 36 years, of 2118 Midvale Avenue, died yesterday morning in the Samaritan Hospital from a fracture to the base of his skull, caused by a fall from a trolley car, on Monday evening, at Germantown Avenue and Barr Street, Nicetown.  He leaves a widow and five small children.
