My Biking

After nearly 30 years of biking, I recently (September 2005) gave up on this sport.
I guess I am getting too old for the belly rockets and I am not really (yet) the Harley type.
I also want to focus my free time on the soaring.
The 2 sports are somewhat in competition, because in general, when it is good weather for soaring, it is also good for biking.
And then we got that other toy, the LandShark

So, goodby to my dear Suze. We will miss you !

I regularly participated in a Doc Wong ride.
Here a few pictures, taken with the video camera. I still have a nice video tape from this, but the computer file is too large

Leaving Pescadero, turning left                                                One of the many rest stops in between for social gathering
and revving up for a short straight                                            and talking bike talk

Go to the Doc Wong webpage and read a little story I wrote about my experiences.

Before the 96 GSXR750, I had a 1991 GSXR750, which  I had to sell because of the transfer from Eindhoven to Silicon Valley
        Before that I had a 1975 GT750 for about 15 years..
