• My diverse computer background has enabled me to teach beginning and advanced courses, from the simple Operating Systems class, all the way to Systems Analysis. I continue to teach Windows 2000 and Visual Basic.
• Qualified to teach over 40 individual classes the College offers, including Windows 2000, Active Directory, Visual Basic, C++, Database design, Web programming, and Hardware.

• Using my years of experience in Windows 2000 curriculum, I taught classes in the networking program where students can earn a diploma or an Associates degree.
• Qualified to teach over 20 classes offered at the University including: Windows 2000, Hardware, Visual Basic, Web programming, Web design, C++.

• As part of the Desktop Management team, created specific hard drive images with Norton Ghost software for deployment across a 60,000 PC enterprise.
• Developed the new Windows 2000 base image for the school system including testing software and devices under 2000.
• Created a new deployment solution for the County where images were de-emphasized in favor of application package files.
• The new deployment solution included a Visual Basic application which I authored that accessed a database over the network of workstation configurations and then installed applications based on user selection.

• Taught part time at Stratford University in Woodbridge, VA and also George Washington University, Ashburn Campus.
• Courses taught include Internet Application Development and Windows 2000 curriculum.

• Deliver training courses to clients on site at their CTECs.
• Microsoft Certified Trainer certified to teach over a dozen Microsoft Official Curriculum courses, including: Visual Basic 6.0, Web development, Windows NT 4.0, and Windows 2000.
• Windows 2000 technical expertise required in instructing concepts in Active Directory, Infrastructure, Security, Logical and Physical Design, Maintenance, Administration and more.
• Windows NT 4.0 technical expertise required in instructing concepts in Design, Implementation, Troubleshooting, Disaster Protection, Administration and more.
• Visual Basic technical expertise required in instructing concepts in Database Design, Software Architecture and Design, Object Oriented programming, User Interface, Client/Server design, Internet Application Design, Debugging, Packaging and Distribution, COM and ActiveX, and more.
• Responsible for maintaining the servers and workstations in the classroom environment including reinstalling classroom computers, setting up security, databases, and troubleshooting.

• Responsible for teaching TCP/IP and Internet Information Server 4.0 from Microsoft Press materials for the NT 4.0 certification students.
• Classroom environment includes hands-on with labs, where students have their own computer.
• Troubleshoot classroom difficulties.

• Part of a team responsible for server build, design and documentation for large enterprise NT 4.0 system.
• Implemented security solutions in a custom NT 4.0 environment using encrypted files and hierarchical user structure.
• Webmaster, designed HTML and graphics and supported internal web page. Used FrontPage, JavaScript, and various graphic design software.
• Administered Novell 3.x LAN with Win95 clients and about fifty users.
