SETTING DIVORCE CASE FOR A SETTLEMENT CONFERENCE
INCLUDING REQIREMENTS THAT
PARTIES BE PRESENT AND THAT
DOCUMENTS BE PRODUCED
IN THE CIRCUIT COURT FOR ST. CLAIR COUNTY, ALABAMA
SOUTHERN JUDICIAL DIVISION

SETTLEMENT CONFERENCE ORDER
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
This case is hereby set for a settlement conference at 9:00a.m. on the 20th day of February 2002.
Counsel and parties are ordered to appear personally.
If there is a child custody issue in this case, the parties are to notify the Court IMMEDIATELY in order that a Guardian Ad litem can be appointed and the
minor child(ren) are to be present at the settlement conference on one hour notice.
Additionally, each party is ordered to present the following documents at the
settlement conference for review and copying by the other party:
1. A fully completed current Income Affidavit (CS 41).
2. Proof of current income (current paycheck stubs or statement from employer).
3. Proof of health insurance and it's cost(writing from insurance company or employer).
4. Proof of child care cost(cancelled checks or statement from care provider).
5. Proof of prior child support obligation (a copy of the order) and proof that said obligation is current (statement from the agency to which the support is being paid).
6. List of monthly living expenses.
7. Income tax returns (State and Federal) for the years 1998, 1999 and 2000, including all W-2s, 1099s and all other attachments.
8. Deed(s) to any real property in which the party claims an interest.
9. Copy of mortgage(s) encumbering said real property.
10. Title to any vehicle(s) in which the party claims an interest.
11. List of personal property in which the party claims an interest including cost and present day value and a desciption of any indebtedness against said property.
12. Description of each checking account, savings account, certificate of deposit, retirement account, brokerage account, stock, bond(s) and the last six (6) statements issued relative to said personal property.
In the event that a party is unable to present any of the above documents, that party shall submit an affadavit explaining the reasons therefor.
