At the DownTown Factory and Outlet, you will find many items at or below retail prices. You can try some of our newer products or buy a gift certificate. We are located on Lake Street in Burlington, Vermont.
Directions to our factory and outlet are as follows:

1. Take Route 7 north to Exit 39.
2. Take a left on Main Street at the end of the exit ramp.
3. Follow Main Street for 1.2 miles and take a right on Champlain Way.
4. Follow Champlain Way for 0.7 miles and then bear right onto Lake Street.
5. We are on the right in the large brick building. Our parking lot is behind the building so pull around back.

2. Take a left on Champlain Way and follow it for 3.2 miles.
3. Then bear right onto Lake Street.
4. Our building will be the large brick one on the right. Our parking lot is behind the building so pull around back.
