On Sunday evening of January 19, 2003, the Dischords held a listening party in celebration of the upcoming release of their fourth album, Dischords: Damnable Demos. Mizer Michelle came in a close second and received a glossy photograph autographed by Barry and Robin Recorder. All in attendance agreed that this much anticipated album was worthy cause for celbration.

LIVE ON THE PLAYGROUND (Fall 2001)
The Fall Festival enjoyed forty-five minutes of live music from The Dischords. On this occassion The Dischords were joined by Steve Carter on lead guitar. They played some Steve Carter orriginals including some Christian Rock, some Dischords orriginals, and some rocking covers. This performance proved that The Dischords have moved way beyond studio work. Their stage presence is captivating, and their musical performance aweing.

LIVE AT THE MUSIC CAFE (2001)
The Dischords performed at the Music Cafe. Bing Crosby Floor Karate got the crowd kicking!

WORK IN PROGRESS (January 19, 2001)
The Dischords have been working on their fourth album, which is supposedly what would be catagorized as a "Greatest Hits" compilation. They certainly have come a long way since the days of the Idiots and their nights on Demon Mountain. Much effort has gone into their most recent work-in-progress, as well as nearly a year of preparation. Roylee Moon Starr has been heard to say that perhaps this is their first "real" album.

SPECIAL RECORDING SESSIONS (1999)
Roylee Moon Starr and Robin Recorder met in the historic Orpheum Theatre of Hannibal, Missouri, to record some of their newest compositions. The haunting "T Riot" is one reult of this recording session. Expect to hear it on the next album. The old upright piano and accoustic resonance of the crumbling 700 seat theatre combine to give these recordings a unique tone.

LIVE AT THE GAZEBO (June 1999)
After the successful performance at The Chapel, The Dischords made an encore appearance at The Gazebo. This was an hour of all accoustic set. It was one quick show before Roylee Moon Starr had to return to his obligations with The Mints.

LIVE AT THE CHAPEL (May 1999)
The Dischords performed a two hour long concert at The Chapel. Special guests included Judy Psychosis on backing vocals, Sven Swanson on drums, and Billy Butts performed "George of the Jungle" on drums. The Dischords performed many cover songs with audience participation including "Stairway to Heaven" and "Hey Jude." As per usual, Bee Gees tribute songs were pleantiful. The main musical course was Dischords orriginals. Highlights included "Bing Crosby Floor Karate," "Sleazy Man," and "I Take a Lot of Space." This was the Dischords first live performance. This afternoon show was a great success. Keep on rockin' fellas!

GATHERING MATERIAL (February 1999) The Dischords got together for a recording session from late December 1998 to early January 1999! (~Barry Recorder)
