If you want to ask a question that is not answered here, ask it on the newsgroup. Because more people read it you've more chance of reaching someone who

knows the answer
has time to reply
or can tell you where to look for the answer

Also, bear in mind that soc.culture.irish is primarily a discussion newsgroup. To make the most of the newsgroup, it is often better (as well as more polite) to start a discussion than to demand answers by e-mail.

Use the feedback e-mail address if you have comments or suggestions such as

ways existing answers can be improved (style, content)
questions that should be in the FAQ but are not
issues relating to the existing document you want to discuss

If you would like to suggest for a new question for the FAQ, please consider whether your question is (or should be) frequently asked. Ideally I prefer to get a canned answer as well, though a rough sketch of one will do in a pinch.
