The Annual Production Marks reveal the year of the figurine's production and each symbolize an inspirational message.




Before 1981 - No Mark (NM) These particular Precious Moments came to be
known as the "Original 21" (E-1372B through E-2013).

1981 - Triangle (T) Symbol of the Trinity- God the Father, Son and Holy Ghost.

1982 - Hourglass (HG) Represents the time we have on earth to serve the lord.

1983 - Fish (F) Earliest symbol used by believer's of the early apostolic church.

1984 - Cross (C) Symbol of Christianity recognized worldwide.

1985 - Dove (D) Symbol of love and peace.

1986 - Olive Branch (OB) Symbol of peace and understanding.

1987 - Cedar Tree (CT) Symbol of strength, beauty, and preservation.

1988 - Flower (FL) Represents God's love for his children.

1989 - Bow & Arrow (BA) Represents the power of the Bible.

1990 - Flame (FLM) For those who have gone through the fire of life
and found comfort in believing.

1991 - Vessel (V) A reminder of God's love which flows through the vessel of life.

1992 - G Clef (GC) Symbolizes the harmony of God's love.

1993 - Butterfly (B) Represents the rebirth of man who comes from darkness into the light.

1994 - Trumpet (TRP) Represents Loving, Caring, and Sharing; also signifies a battle cry
and a heralder of victory.

1995 - Ship (S) Ships, which are mentioned many times in Scripture, symbolically
portrayed a message of hope.

1996 - Heart (H) Symbol of love.

1997 - Sword (SWD) From Hebrew 4:12, "For the word of God is quick and powerful,
and sharper than any two edged sword."



Special Marks
Special Issue pieces were embossed with marks other than the regular year mark.

Diamond - Appeared on only one piece, #103004, "We Belong to the Lord," the Damien-Dutton Figurine.

Easter Seal Lily - Appears on figurines benefiting the national Easter Seal Society.

Rosebud - Appeared on only one figurine, A Special Events piece, #525049, "Good Friends are Forever."

1991 Flag - Appeared on all "Bless Those Who Serve Their Country" figurines made in 1991.

1992 Flag w/Star - Appeared on all "Bless Those Who Serve Their Country" figurines made in 1992.
