"Hi", my name is Kathie, and I am the Co-Director for Victims Of Crime Outreach Center!
A new year! A new name! Upgraded service!

With the new year, we as an agency have a lot to be thankful for and in turn will be seeing some major changes. All for the good of the agency, All for the good of our clients, All for the good of everyone who comes in contact with our agency.

1997 was really a year of positive growth. New board members, something called cash flow, and perhaps most importantly two of our senior counselors are now certified in both Sexaul Assault, and Domestic Violence. 1997 was indeed a positive year!

There is always room for growth and change. 1998 will be the year in which we as an agency will experiance major "growing pains".
The certification for domestic violence by our two senior counselors, has opened the doors to funding sources once lost to us or never avalibale to us before.

1998 will be the agency's year to come out of the shadows and become what we all feel can be the "Shinning Star" of service providers in Clearfield County.
We have the support. We have the knowledge. We have the ability.

A new year!
A fresh start!
Professional attitude!
Positive growth!
Moving forward together!

1998 means great things for Victims Of Crime Outreach Center.
