| Messers B. C. Winston & Co. |
| You will please charge to me and credit to David Shatto |
| (Holding the sum on your books) two hundred $200.00 |
| dollars. The conditions are as follows. The money or credit |
| as stated above to be held until the November term of court of |
| Benton Co. Minn. If the said Arthur Wood makes his |
| appearance at said term and place and that the said David |
| Shatto is released from said bond (which has been given). |
| Then and in that case his obligation is to be null and void and |
| money or credit shall at once be transferred back to said |
| Arthur Wood. Otherwise to remain in full force of effect. |
