    Experiment with body and movement. I wanted to try something a little bold, something I hadn't done yet. I wanted to take a chance, I guess. Considering that, this pencil sketch came out quite nicely, and I'm quite proud of it.

    That said, I don't think I took as much of a chance as I should have. She could have been more stretched out, her back more curved, her legs more extended. She could have really been flying. My only excuse is that I ran out of page. Her back leg wouldn't have been in the shot if I'd extended it back fully.

    So now I just tell myself that she's just coming in for landing. :)
