Moana's Beer Bread

This is so delicious and so easy! Moana Hughes, whose good friend nicknamed her "Foo-Foo Face" for who knows what reason, makes this all the time. Unlike many other quick breads, this is best fresh from the oven.

  • 3 cups self rising flour
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 can beer
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Mix dry ingredients, pour in beer. Mix till moist. Grease standard loaf pan and spread batter in pan. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes. Remove from oven; brush butter over top of loaf. Bake 5 - 10 minutes more. Slice and eat.
