Shirley Holland's Mexi-Dip Shirley Holland is another dear friend of Sister-Friend. She is one of those amazing, witty, smart ladies that everyone loves to be around because if asked, she will tell you exactly what she thinks, no holds barred! She is also one of the sweetest people you'll ever meet and a terrific hostess. She makes this for parties and it disappears in a flash. 2 cans Mexicorn 1 cup sour cream 1 cup mayonaise 1 pkg taco flavored cheddar cheese (shredded) 2 green onions, chopped 1 jalapeno, chopped 1 small can mild green chiles 1 pkg taco seasoning 1 pinch sugar Mix well and serve with corn chips.
