At Convention 2001 we will be electing a Director for Program, Director for Finance, Director for Educational Foundation, and Director for Legal Advocacy Fund.

Florida was 4th in the U.S. in 1999 in total donations to the AAUW Educational Foundation. Niceville-Valparaiso was 2nd in the U.S. in contributions per person with donations of $705. per member. Florida is proud of those statistics and wants to continue or improve them. Support of education is one of AAUW's primary objectives. Consider running for Director for Educational Foundation.

The Legal Advocacy Fund (LAF) supports those women in education who have been discriminated against. In 1999 Florida was 5th in the U.S. in donations to LAF. Let's continue our support and perhaps increase it. Take on the job of Director for Legal Advocacy Fund.

Without good programs branches will not increase membership. Learn how to encourage the development of good programs. Run for Director for Programs.

If you are good at keeping records, excellent at financial matters, enjoy the challenge of addition (and subtraction) and juggling figures, AAUW needs you for Director of Finance.
