In Loving memory of Canine Officer Jim
K9 Jim was based in the Adirondack Mountains
and worked with Conservation Officer Steve DelaRosa.
He was named after the late Lt. James Molinelli.

Dogs are highly trained, professional police service
dogs ready to serve the agency and the public.
These dogs are obedience trained, they are excellent
tracking dogs and track for both lost persons and
wanted subjects. This agency used the detection capabilities
to locate illegal game, deer, "venison" & furs. Each dog
is assigned to one Officer and live in the home.
Jim had to be put down due to illness.
I think my foundest memory of Jim will be his love
for attacking water coming out of a hose :-)
Jim was one of the most beautiful German Shepherds I
have ever seen and I enjoyed having him around me.
