The wolf pack is very family oriented and consists
mainly
of family members. The Alpha is the leader of the pack, then
the beta, subordinate and the omega. Generally there are six
or eight wolves per pack, but in some areas up to around 30.
The average litter of pups is four to six, but several may die
depending on prey.
