you swear to Christ, she will and she seems to do you harm
you swear on her life, she will
inside you can't justify, can't.. Tori Amos, Improv, Raleigh, October 18, 1998
I'm having quite a lot of fun listening to the bootleg of the Tori concert I was at in Raleigh last year. Now I can sort of point at it and go 'see? It wasn't just imagination, that was a really, really good concert.' I can't get over how much Talula, She's Your Cocaine (with the Black Sabbath brieflude), Raspberry Swirl, and The Waitress (over 10 mins long, very ecstatic) makes me dance and wiggle and grin, regardless of where I am. Ecclectic day. My advisor said yes when I asked her if I could sneak ICQ onto my favourite computer. Hmm. Had a craving for the strange self invented yeast, salt, rice, sesame seed oil dish Jesse fed me a few weeks ago. Discussed the horrid murder case I'm reading about in my true crime book, about the Bernadinos in Canada, early 90's. Dreadful. I'm off to meet with Angela and her son. Oo. Socializing. Now there's a novelty :)
my brother, my killer What can I possibly say? I guess that I miss you, I guess I forgive you I'm glad you stood in my way." Leonard Cohen (covered by Tori), Famous Blue Raincoat. Oh. I got a fan mail today - argh. And some record company person wanted to send me a free CD for a new artist he's promoting. Hehh. Some days are odd.
