Not only is it highly annoying but I consider it to be highly insulting as well. The fact that you seem to think that I can't think for myself is the biggest insult of all. I am not practicing 'devil worship' - I don't even believe in a devil. That is a purely christian concept. I am not practicing a 'false religion' either. I think that any positive path is a good, true path - whether it has your stamp of approval or not.

I am a witch. I believe in the One who is Everything - male and female, all and nothing. All the variously named gods and goddesses are but facets of this One. The fact that I work with the One to bring change to my life and those around me is the magick. It is not evil. I am not evil. We pagans simply are who we are - just like you.

You know, this country was founded - in great part - on the fact that people weren't able to practice their faith as they wished at home. Do you seek to make it that way here - or is it simply that the person with the most conversions gets a toaster? Is that toaster really worth the discrimination and judgement that you practice every day?

Please stop to think about how it was in the beginning of your religion's history. Remember all those stories about the persecution? What gives you the right to do the same thing to me, simply because my image of god doesn't wear the same face as yours?

On second thought, just simply stop to think. Use your common sense. It's all I ask.
