The Story Behind 420stretch.com

A few ideas came up as to how to make it worthwhile and comparable to the greatness of smoking a bowl at 4:20. Things like, go take a bathroom break, go for a run, go get a munchy, eat a fruit, sing a song, take a regular break, call your mom, came up. But none of these sounded appealing, I had just had an ergonomics workshop at my job and they were talking about a set of stretches you can do to avoid fatigue at the desk. These were simple. Get up and walk and shake your body. Nothing really excitting. As more research was done, I came up with more than just stretches. There are workouts that can be done sitting on your chair or standing up. Special moves that can be done while you talk on the phone. All kinds of crap. So we figured stretching would be the thing to do. And here we are. I am hoping to develop this site more and more and to even include healthy munchies, workouts, and breathing exercises. Keep in mind, this is more for fun than anything and any input would be greatly appreciated. For now, enjoy, feel at home and remember, no spitting on the floors. Stay well and share the love.
