How To Roll a Spliff
....Step One: Get together the TOBACCO, papers, the insert from a pen, a dollar bill, and a rolling tray. The rolling tray makes it a whole lot easier.
Step Two: Put a big pinch (or two) on the tray, and take out any stems and seeds and break up any chunks. TOBACCO seeds and stems can tear the paper or give you a headache.
Step Three: Take the dollar bill and the rolling paper, open the paper, flatten it on the dollar bill, and put a big pinch of TOBACCO in the middle. Smooth it around, making sure its a long pile on the fold. If you want, make it a little bigger than the size of a cigarrete, because its not packed yet. You can also make it as small as you want. But leave some space between the ends of the paper and the edge of the pile.
Step Four: The fold in the paper should be perpendicular to the long way of the dollar bill. Now use the dollar to sort of roll the spliff together. Be careful to roll it over the tray, you lose a lot if you don't. I usually roll my tobacco-filled spliffs together to pack it together, and then some more to finish it. The bottom of the paper should just barely be able to double over inside the tobacco part. Now roll it up, sealing it together.
Step Five: When you get to the top end, lick your finger and run it along the top edge, you should see the faint outline of the glue. You didn't roll it upside down, did you?
Step Six: Take the ballpoint pen insert, and use it to pack down the inside of one end. Be careful not to spill!
Step Seven: Twist together the end that you just packed. Take the other end, pack it and twist it together. It should be twisted kind of like a piece of candy.
Step Eight: When you're about to smoke it, open up one end (just a tiny amount), and light the other end. Loosely put your lips around the other end (not even touching the paper). Suck air around the end, end it'll start burning. If it works, congratulations! You've done it right!! Enjoy with a friend or two.
