Making Contributions via Credit Card
From your browser, click on the link below to connect to the NTAF website and specifically donate on behalf of Gabrielle Santiago.
Be sure to check the box next to REGIONAL FUND IN HONOR OF A SPECIFIC PATIENT and to enter GABRIELLE SANTIAGO as the Patient so that your contribution goes to the correct fund.
To process your credit card transaction using the NTAF secure server, be sure to click on the "Submit Contribution" button on the bottom of the form to process your credit card transaction. If you would like to make a credit card contribution but do not wish to transmit your credit card information over the internet, please feel free to fill out the form and do not submit it but print it instead and mail it or fax it to NTAF directly (see address and fax numbers above).

Regardless of how you make your contribution, NTAF will mail each contributor a letter confirming your contribution of $250.00 or more. For contributions below $250.00, a copy of your check will serve as your receipt for tax purposes.
96 cents of every dollar goes directly to benefit the Gabrielle Santiago Fund. The other 4 cents cover NTAF administrative costs. NTAF is a 501{c}3 non-profit tax exempt organization. Contributions are tax deductible to the full extent of the law.
