We won't know how much work your house needs until we start cleaning it. Some houses need only maintanance cleanings, others need quite a little work and take longer. The size and condition of your home determines how long it will take to clean and the price, a list services is posted in detail at the SERVICES2 page. Maintanance Cleanings take much less than your initial cleaning and cost less because your home has been thoroughly cleaned and simply needs maintanance cleaning. We begin by giving your home a detail clean. We take care of everything the first time like blinds, fans, baseboards, places where need deep cleanings for the first time then within the 2-3 visits your home should be maintained.
CANCELLATIONS:
We do our best to be as flexible as we can with our schedule. If you need to change a cleaning day or time, we will do our best to accomodate you. A minimum of 24 hours notice is requested for any changes or cancelations.
OFFICE CLEANING SERVICES
Offices and other common areas
Empty all trash containers and reline with plastic liners
Remove all trash from building and place in designated receptacle
(any trash not in container will be remove only if clearly marked)
Dust all desks and desk accessories
Dust file cabinets, tables and office equipment
Empty and damp wipe ashtrays
Clean and polish sinks in coffee areas
Damp mop floors in kitchen and restrooms
Vacuum all carpeted areas
Spot clean spillage as necessary on carpeting
Disinfect and polish drinking fountains
Maintain neat and orderly janitor closet.
Restrooms
Clean and sanitize toilets, urinals, basins,& counters;
(use non-abrasive cleaner on all porcelain, basins,& counters)
Empty all waste receptacles and line with plastic liner
Clean and polish mirrors and all bright work
Sweep and damp mop restroom floors with sanitary solution
Empty all office receptacles and line with plastic liners
Empty all recycling containers.
Spot clean woodwork, walls, doors jambs and light switches
Clean and dust all desks, file cabinets, windowsills, ledges, and other furniture
and partitions.
Monthly services
Dust all window sills, blinds, high and low moldings, baseboards, door and
window casings
Pictures frames, wall decor, ventilator ducts, and surrounding ceiling areas
