How do I help my turnout get better? I can do the butterfly all the way on my stomach, back, and sitting up. Do you know any other exercises?
A:
Start by sitting up on your knees (don't let your rear touch your feet), then place your hands on the floor and slowly start to spread your knees apart as if you were doing a straddle split, only with your knees bent on the floor. The more you practice this exercise, the better your turnout turnout becomes.
