A Simple World
A Simple World
As I sit upon a chair,
I wonder
Thoughts stray past the drone of Normal day
I think.
Beyond the normal strains of
Fretting
Whining
And wanting.
I find solace as an Observer:
One who watches;
Looks over the People.
Ungrateful they are,
Acting horrid.
Not realizing the virtues in a simple world
That is complicated with
Hate,
Rage,
And sadness
Yet through these eyes,
I see otherthings:
Kindness,
Joy,
And pure bliss.
A simple world.
What would make it better.
If everybody would stop:
Fretting,
Whining,
And wanting,
We would not have
hate,
rage,
and sadness
When we learn to Appreciate
love
and care,
we will have
bliss.
A simple world.
