Usage Instructions

Do you ever find yourself trying to end a phone call because you're expecting another important call? With BellSouth Call Forwarding — Busy Line, you don't have to worry about missing that call or offending the person you're speaking with. When your phone line is busy, this service automatically routes your incoming calls to your BellSouth MemoryCall Answering Service or to another number where you can be reached or where someone can answer for you. You can even route your calls to a long distance number.

With Call Forwarding — Busy Line, you'll never appear too busy.

If you're going to be away from your phone, your calls can go with you. When you're really busy, you can send your calls to someone else to answer—while you continue to make outgoing calls, your incoming calls are forwarded.[1]
