| West Didsbury & Chorlton AFC will not be responsible for any injury or loss of property suffered by any individual on the clubs property whilst on hire to a third party. · West Didsbury & Chorlton AFC maintain the right to curtail any activities taking place on its property if those involved are engaging in anti-social or threatening behaviour. · The applicant will be responsible for any damages or loss to WD&CFC property, fixtures or fittings during the period of hire and also the well being of users. · The applicants will be responsible for leaving the building in the same condition as they found it and the removal of all of their rubbish. Failure to do so will result in their deposit of £10 being retained. · A deposit of £10 will be requested along with the payment and dependent on clause 4 will be refunded when the keys are returned. The keys should be returned within 24 hours, failure to do so would incur the loss of the deposit. Procedures 1) Obtain and complete the booking form and return to Davy Iredale. 2) WD&CFC will notify/confirm availability. 3) Collect the keys from Davy Iredale or Rob Turley at prearranged time with payment and deposit. 4) Return keys to Davy Iredale no later than 24 hours after event and collect deposit. |

| From Princess Road/Parkway (A5103) turn into and follow Barlow Moor Road to Chorlton Bus Station, turn left into Beech Road turn second left into Reynard Road, follow Claude Road. The ground is situated just off Brookburn Road, go past the junior school and the houses, and through a set of gates at the end of the road. It can also be accessed from from High Lane by turning into St. Clements Road, next to the Church, follow road down past Chorlton green the small cemetery & the Bowling Green Pub, turn right by the Junior School on the corner of Brookburn Road.
