Harlow scored 21 points and handed out an incredible 28 assists as West Liberty State won a pair of games to clinch the regular season title. The 5-1 Tipton, Indiana native also contributed six steals. Harlow's biggest effort of the week was a 12 point, 16 assist night in a win over Fairmont State.
