Services for
Hance Tues.
Funeral services were held Tuesday in the First EUB Church for Harry T. Hance, 82, of 61 E. Broadway. The founder and president of the J. W. Hance Manufacturing Co., died Saturday in Grant Hospital.
The Rev. M. J. Miller conducted the services in the First EUB Church. Entombment was made in the Otterbein Mausoleum by the Moreland Funeral Home. Masonic services were held Sunday.
A former Westerville City Councilman, Hance was also a charter member and past president of the Westerville Chamber of Commerce.
AS A MEMBER of the Masonic Order, he was past master of the Blendon Lodge F. and A. M. He was a member of the First EUB Church of Westerville.
Hance was survived by his wife, Dorothy; three sons, Paul S., John W., and Harry T. Jr., all of Westerville; two daughters, Mrs. Dorothy J. Downey, Louisville, Ky.; and Mrs. Marian L. Holmes; one brother, J. Marsten, Saginaw, Mich.; two sisters, Mrs. Agnes H. Ramsey, Columbus; and Mrs. Jeanette McIntire, Lebanon; 11 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
