Ill Three Months

Dr. Ernest Milton Parrett, house physician at the Seneca hotel, member of the staff at Grant hospital and specialist in heart diseases, died, Monday, at the hotel, where he made his home. Although he had been in ill health for the past four years, his condition did not become critical until three months ago.
Educated at the historic Salem academy at South Salem, Ross county, Dr. Parrett was graduated from Miami university and the old Starling Medical school. At the latter institution he was a member of one of its last classes and an honor student.
Dr. Parrett, who had practiced medicine in Columbus since his graduation, was an active member of the Columbus Academy of Medicine. He also held membership in the Athletic club, Kiwanis club, Crichton club, Players club and Broad Street Presbyterian church.
Surviving him are his wife, Mrs. Myrtine B. Parrett, and three sisters, Miss Elizabeth Parrett of the Seneca hotel, Mrs. Samuel M. Kingery, Waverly, and Mrs. B. F. Wilson, 3434 North High street. A brother, Dr. W. A. Parrett of Vancouver, Wash., died four months ago. Funeral arrangements are bein completed by the Schoedinger Co.
