Herbert A. Stoughton
Herbert A. Stoughton, 47, formerly of Westerville, died Friday at his home in Madeira, Ohio. A 1926 graduate of Otterbein College and a 1929 graduate of Ohio State University, he had taught in New Philadelphia 18 years and at Madeira four years. His new appointment was at Indian Hill School, Cincinnati.
He was a member of Westerville EUB Church and Masonic Lodge. His mother, Mrs. C. W. Stoughton of Madeira, formerly of Westerville, survives.
Friends may call after 7 p.m. Saturday at Moreland funeral home, Westerville, where service will be at 2:30 p.m. Monday. Entombment and Masonic service will be at Otterbein Mausoleum.
