SERVICES ARE HELD
FOR CLINTON SHARP
CIVIL WAR VETERAN

Funeral services were held in the Methodist Episcopal church Saturday afternoon for Clinton Emory Sharp, North State road, who died from organic heart disease last Thursday morning. The deceased, who was 81 years old, served with the 60th Regiment, Ohio Volunteer Infantry, during the Civil war and was a member of James Price post, G. A. R.
Following the services the body was placed in the mausoleum in Otterbein cemetery under the direction of Geo. W. Stockdale & son.
Mr. Sharp was a retired farmer and had been a life-long resident of Delaware county. He had been in failing health for some time but had participated in the Memorial day exercise here last month
