Self Esteem

There are many ways to improve self esteem. Some ways to feel more positive about yourself include:

Be yourself. There's no one quite like you. Let others get to know the REAL you.

Focus on the positive. Think about what makes you an interesting person.
Have a sense of purpose. Set goals for yourself but make sure they are reasonable.

Don't be too hard on yourself. If changes are necessary, they take time. A part of being human includes having good feelings and bad feelings. Take it easy on what you expect.

Need help???

Talk to an adult you trust. Sometimes just talking about how you feel can help you feel better. Someone else may be able to give you suggestions you have not yet considered.
