All People have the right :

to be able to avoid infection.
to health care if sick with AIDS.
to be treated with DIGNITY and WITHOUT discrimination.
RESPONSIBILITIES Individual and families have the responsibility : to protect themselves and others from infection. Government has the responsiblity : to provide prevention and care services. International Community has the responsibility : to support poorer countries in their efforts.
